Philippines Sales & Client Relations Specialist (Remote, Freelance)

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and reach out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Follow up with leads consistently and professionally
• Manage ongoing communication with prospects and clients
• Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, status, and notes
• Support sales process from lead gen to onboarding
• Handle basic customer service and client relationship tasks
• Coordinate with the CEO and the Vietnam delivery team on follow-ups, proposals, and strategy
Requirements:
• Strong written and verbal English skills
• Experience in B2B lead generation, follow-up, and client support
• Comfortable with CRM tools and outreach automation platforms
• Organized, personable, and detail-oriented
• Based in the Philippines with flexible working hours and reliable internet
• Experience in management consulting/professional services is preferred
