You’ll be responsible for creating and publishing content, growing our audience, and turning product updates and industry news into engaging posts—especially on LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
This is a hands-on execution role (not just strategy).

Content Creation & Publishing
Create and schedule 3–5 posts per week (primarily LinkedIn & X/Twitter)
Turn product updates, demos, blog posts, and GenAI news into short-form social content
Write founder-style posts, product highlights, and educational threads
Light design work and flow creation
Community & Growth
Engage with relevant GenAI, workflow, e-commerce, and agency content
Respond to comments and DMs
Help grow followers and impressions organically
Thought Leadership Support
Monitor GenAI image/video trends and propose post ideas
Repurpose longer content (blogs, decks, demos) into social snippets
Help shape a consistent voice for Fluidfit.ai
Reporting
Track basic metrics (followers, impressions, engagement)
Provide a simple weekly summary with learnings and recommendations
Requirements
1+ years managing social media for SaaS, tech startups, or B2B brands
Strong writing skills (clear, concise, professional tone)
Comfortable creating content about AI, software, or technical products
Experience with LinkedIn content in particular
Familiar with scheduling tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Taplio, etc.)
Able to work independently and hit weekly deliverables
Bonus: experience with creative tools, workflow automation or generative AI
Nice to Have
Basic video editing (short clips, captions)
Experience growing early-stage startup accounts
Understanding of retail / e-commerce workflows
Ability to suggest content ideas proactively (not just execute)
Time Commitment & Compensation
10–15 hours per week to start
Hourly contract (competitive, based on experience)
Fully remote
Opportunity to expand scope as the company grows
What Success Looks Like (First 60–90 Days)
Consistent posting cadence established
Clear Fluidfit.ai voice on LinkedIn
Growing impressions and engagement
Library of reusable content formats (product posts, educational posts, founder posts)
Founder spends less time drafting social content while visibility increases
