Outbound Sales/Telemarketing

We are a growing AI agency focused on delivering practical, high-value solutions to businesses. We’re looking for motivated independent sales representatives to help expand our customer base. This is a 1099 contractor role, ideal for self-starters who are comfortable owning the full sales cycle and being rewarded directly for performance.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities
Conduct discovery calls and product demos (phone / video)
Present solutions and close new customers
Maintain accurate notes in CRM or tracking system
Manage your own outreach strategy (cold, warm, referrals, etc.)
Meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets
What We’re Looking For
Prior experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, or high-ticket sales preferred
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Reliable internet, phone, and ability to work remotely
Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
