Online Sales Caller Needed

You will be working from our Rohini Sector 2, Delhi office, handling both B2B and B2C outreach by phone and online calling tools. I’ll provide qualified lead lists, basic scripts, and the CRM login; you turn those contacts into live demos, follow-up appointments, or closed orders depending on the product cycle. Salary is fixed and paid on time, with performance-based perks layered on top.

Because we serve both businesses and individual consumers, adaptability is key. One hour you may be pitching a small retailer, the next you could be guiding a homeowner through a purchase decision, so please be comfortable switching tone and value propositions on the fly.

When you apply, focus on your direct calling experience—how many daily dials you’ve handled, conversion rates you’ve improved, or any CRM/tele-sales platforms you already know (Zoho, Freshcaller, HubSpot, etc.). No need for a full proposal; your track record and concise examples of success will tell me what I need.

Daily deliverables I’ll track:
• Minimum call volume met and logged in the CRM
• Accurate call notes and next-step scheduling
• End-of-day update summarising wins, challenges, and learnings
