Offshore B2B Lead Generation Caller
Budget: €750 – €1,500 EUR
I need a fluent English-speaking cold caller who can jump straight into B2B lead generation. The role is fully remote and off-shore, so a reliable laptop a quiet workspace, and a time zone that lets you reach North-American decision makers during business hours are essential.
Scope
You will be dialing prospects across a wide range of industries—this campaign is intentionally non-industry specific—so your ability to adapt the pitch on the fly matters more than deep sector knowledge. Every call has a single objective: uncover a qualified lead and secure a meeting for our clients' in-house sales teams.
Key tools
You should already feel comfortable with a power dialer (e.g., Salesfinity), basic CRM data entry, and simple spreadsheet tracking. If you also use call-recording software for quality control, that’s a plus.
Deliverables (tracked daily)
• Call log with numbers dialed, contact names, and brief notes
• Count of conversations vs. voicemails
• List of qualified leads, including decision-maker name, direct phone, email, and any relevant discovery points
Acceptance criteria
A lead is considered qualified when the prospect confirms a current or upcoming need that matches our solution and agrees to a follow-up meeting.
If you have a neutral accent, proven B2B cold-calling results, and the persistence to power through large lists, let’s talk.
