Notary B2B Lead Generation Campaign - 29/11/2025 18:18 EST
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
My goal is to fill a steady pipeline of qualified business-to-business prospects for my nationwide notary service and move them all the way through application completion. The focus is squarely on lead generation, with email or cold call marketing as the primary channel.
Here’s what I need:
• An email or call outreach strategy designed specifically for the notary space, including persuasive copy, subject-line testing, and cadence recommendations.
• A lightweight workflow—whether in HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp, or a comparable CRM—that tracks each prospect from first touch to signed application, flagging stalled leads for follow-up.
• Automated or semi-automated prompts, reminders, and checklists that guide prospects through every required form so we minimise drop-off during the client application stage.
• Clear reporting dashboards that show open rates, replies, booked calls, and completed applications so I can quickly spot bottlenecks.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three email sequence variations (intro, nurture, and re-engagement) delivered in editable format.
2. CRM or marketing-automation workflow fully documented and demonstrated in a short screen-share video.
3. A metrics template or live dashboard proving the system can track prospects through to completed applications.
Social media or content marketing could be layered in later, but the immediate deliverables above must be in place first. If you have experience generating B2B leads for professional services and can prove past success with email-driven funnels, let’s discuss the next steps.
