Manufacturing B2B Lead Generation

The Role:
We're PackageHubSupply, a UK-based packaging company scaling B2B customer acquisition. We need a B2B lead generation specialist to run cold email campaigns, qualify leads via phone, and book appointments with our sales team. You'll research prospects, send personalized cold emails (100-150/week), manage follow-ups, and maintain our CRM pipeline. This is NOT entry-level work - we need proven B2B cold outreach experience with specific, quantified results.
Who We're Looking For:
3+ years B2B cold email/phone experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or SaaS. You show up with specific metrics ("I booked 150 calls in 2024, 72% show-up rate"), you write your own email copy (not templates), and you can explain your process. We expect 15-25 booked calls per month with 70%+ show-up rate by month 2. First 2 weeks are a trial - prove yourself, then we extend.
