We are an India-based export company dealing in high-quality food and agro products, currently expanding our reach in **North Africa — especially Algeria**. We already have **qualified Algerian leads** interested in our products but need a **local Arabic-speaking freelancer** to communicate and convert these inquiries effectively.

#### **Your Role**
* Communicate with Algerian leads (via **WhatsApp or call**) in **Arabic dialect**.
* Understand buyer requirements and share updates with our export team in English.
* Act as the local bridge between our company and the buyers.
* Follow up professionally and help us close confirmed export orders.

#### **Compensation**
* **Base Payment:** ₹1,500 (approx. 2,500 DZD) **per week** for the trial period (1–2 weeks).
* **Performance payment:** **₹50,000 (approx. 83,000 DZD)** **per confirmed export order greater than 5MT** closed through your communication.
* Long-term collaboration possible based on performance.
NOTE: This is not a monthy payment you will get 50,000 INR only after the order is closed.

* Based in **Algeria** and fluent in **Arabic (Algerian dialect)** and **basic English**.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Prior experience in **sales / export / import / trading / B2B communication** is a big plus.
* Reliable, responsive, and available for regular WhatsApp coordination.
