LATAM Tech Lead-Gen Marketing Manager
Budget: $25 – $50 USD
I’m looking for a hands-on marketer in the LATAM region who can take full ownership of demand generation for our suite of B2B tech products. The brief is straightforward: create, run, and continually improve social-media and email-marketing campaigns that turn prospects into qualified leads we can hand straight to the sales team.
You’ll start by auditing our current funnel, audience insights, and past campaign data, then outline a data-backed growth plan. From there, you’ll build segmented email sequences, paid and organic social pushes, and a clear reporting framework so we can see lead volume, CPL, and downstream revenue at a glance. While SEO/SEM may become part of the mix later, your immediate focus is on the two channels already delivering us the fastest feedback loops.
Collaboration happens 100 % remotely, so you should be comfortable syncing across time zones, jumping on quick Loom or Slack updates, and presenting learnings live to product and sales stakeholders. Tools you’re likely to touch include HubSpot (or a similar marketing automation platform), Meta & LinkedIn Ads Manager, Google Analytics 4, and any preferred dashboarding stack that keeps metrics transparent.
Deliverables
• 90-day channel strategy with forecasted KPIs
• Campaign calendar and asset checklist (copy, visuals, landing pages)
• End-to-end setup of tracking, audiences, and automation flows
• Weekly performance report highlighting wins, spend, and next steps
Acceptance criteria: a steady lift in qualified leads, clearly documented experiments, and actionable insights we can scale.
If you’ve already driven measurable lead growth for tech products and know the LATAM market nuances inside out, I’d love to see how you’d tackle this challenge.
