DESCRIPTION:

We are PWA Residential Fitness, a Nairobi-based company that transforms underused apartment, hotel, and office gyms into professional wellness amenities by installing certified trainers inside the building.

We need Kenyan cold callers — ideally Nairobi-based — to call building managers and set walkthrough appointments for our sales team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE CALLING ABOUT

You will introduce a no-capex amenity upgrade that includes:
• On-site certified trainer
• Resident classes
• Wellness programming
• Flexible monthly service plans (subscription, hybrid, or retainer)

ROLE

• Call property managers, building owners, estate admins, hotel GMs, and office facility managers
• Follow a clear script
• Handle basic objections (no capex, flexible pricing)
• Book walkthrough appointments
• Log calls & notes into our CRM

REQUIREMENTS
• Must be based in Kenya (Nairobi strongly preferred)
• Clear English & Swahili
• Confident phone presence
• B2B calling experience is a plus
• Must follow scripts exactly
• Must be reliable and professional
• Must submit daily reports

COMPENSATION

• Fixed weekly pay
• Bonuses for booked and completed contracts/sales
• Long-term work available as we expand to 30+ buildings in 2025–2026
