INFOTERA/LocalTrip Brasil promotional or special offer Itinerary Upload
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I have between one and five complete promotional travel itineraries, already formatted and translated, that now need to appear inside the Brazilian tourism back-office platforms INFOTERA or LOCAL TRIP. All text, images, day-by-day schedules, prices and inclusions are ready; what I need is an expert who already knows these systems and can enter everything quickly and without errors.
Your task is to:
• Open the chosen platform (either INFOTERA or LOCAL TRIP, depending on my final preference) and create a new “promo” for each itinerary.
• Copy-paste or upload every piece of content exactly as supplied: day breakdowns, hotel names, transport notes, meal plans, pricing tables, seasonal rules, images, PDFs and any optional add-ons.
• Double-check that categories, tags and search filters are set so the program is easy to find for B2B partners.
• Generate a preview link so I can verify layout and spelling before you publish it live.
• Hand over a short note listing any character-limit issues or formatting adjustments you had to make inside the system.
Successful delivery means each itinerary is visible in the platform, displays perfectly on desktop and mobile, and can be cloned or edited later by my team without losing formatting.
Fluency with Portuguese user interfaces and previous hands-on experience inside INFOTERA or LOCAL TRIP is essential; please mention the last time you worked in either tool when you respond.
