Hospitality SaaS Appointment Setter
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
Call 100 hospitality businesses and secure appointments with their decision makers so my sales team can introduce our industry-specific SaaS platform.
You’ll work from a proven, fully-written script that already covers positioning, common objections, and the meeting hand-off, allowing you to focus on confident delivery, rapport-building, and getting calendar commitments.
Key details
• Target vertical: hospitality (hotels, resorts, venues, restaurants).
• Purpose of each call: book a discovery appointment—no pitching beyond the scripted introduction.
• Decision maker criteria: owner, general manager, or operations lead with authority over technology purchases.
• Tracking: log outcome, notes, and confirmed time slot for every dial in a shared Google Sheet or CRM export.
Deliverables (accepted when complete)
1. Minimum 100 completed dials within five business days.
2. At least 15 qualified appointments scheduled using my Calendly link.
3. Call log spreadsheet showing date, time, contact, result, and next step for every number attempted.
Native-level English and prior phone-based B2B appointment-setting experience are essential; familiarity with hospitality operations is a plus. Let me know your earliest start date and any dialing tools you already use.
