High-Volume SmartLead Email Setup

I need an expert cold-email specialist to configure a full outbound system that reliably sends about 5,000 B2B promotional emails per day. I already have the prospect list; what’s missing is the technical backbone and best-practice structure.

Here’s what I want to accomplish:

• Spin up and warm multiple Gmail or custom SMTP inboxes, then connect them to SmartLead so every domain, DNS record, and sending pool is perfectly aligned for high deliverability.
• Build the initial SmartLead campaigns, schedules, and follow-up logic so the flow runs hands-free once launched.
• Verify that tracking, custom variables, and inbox rotation are working before handing everything over.

I’m open to your recommendations on tooling, copy cadence, or domain strategy if they will improve inbox rates—show me what has worked for you.

This job calls for someone with at least three years of hands-on cold email experience, preferably at similar daily volumes and with SmartLead (or comparable) platforms.
