The Role:
We are looking for a relentless B2B Lead Generator and Sales Closer. You will be the tip of the spear for our agency—responsible for finding, contacting, and booking meetings with business owners who need our infrastructure to scale.
You will not be micromanaged. We care about one thing: booked meetings and closed deals.
Your Responsibilities:
Prospecting: Identify high-quality leads in our target markets (D2C Brands, E-commerce stores, high-level YouTubers, and profitable local businesses).
Cold Outreach: Execute high-volume, highly personalized outreach via Instagram/LinkedIn DMs, Cold Email, and Cold Calling.
Lead Nurturing: Handle initial objections, follow up relentlessly, and build rapport with decision-makers.
Booking / Closing: Qualify prospects and book them into a Discovery Call with our Founder, OR close them directly on our standard retainer packages.
Who You Are:
Experienced: You have proven experience in B2B sales, specifically selling digital marketing, creative services, or high-ticket SaaS.
A Hunter: You are not afraid of rejection. You know how to bypass gatekeepers and get decision-makers to reply.
Fluent Communicator: Your written and spoken English is native or near-native. You know how to write pitches that do not sound like spam.
Autonomous: You know how to build your own lead lists and manage your own CRM pipeline.
Compensation:
This is a Performance-Driven role. You are selling high-ticket monthly retainers (ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹30,000+/month).
We offer a highly aggressive [Insert % - e.g., 15%-20%] commission on the first month's retainer for every deal you close (or meeting you book that we close).
Note: For the right candidate who proves they can consistently generate qualified meetings, we are open to transitioning to a Base + Commission structure after a 30-day trial period.
