Full-Time Telecaller Needed

Job Overview:
Panoptyc is looking for dedicated and responsible CCTV Monitoring Executives to join our team. The role involves real-time monitoring of surveillance systems to ensure safety, detect suspicious activities, and report incidents promptly. This is a full-time position for individuals who are alert, disciplined, and serious about long-term work.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems continuously
Identify suspicious activities, security threats, or unusual behavior
Report incidents immediately to the concerned team or authority
Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities
Ensure all systems are functioning properly and report technical issues
Follow company protocols for emergency situations
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Requirements:
Good observation and attention to detail
Basic computer knowledge
Strong sense of responsibility and discipline
Ability to work in shifts (day/night)
Good communication skills
Prior experience in CCTV monitoring/security is a plus (not mandatory)
