Client Acquisition Executive (Full-Time | Remote, India)
We’re a growing web development agency, and we’re looking for someone who lives for the thrill of closing deals.
You’ll be our front-line closer – reaching out to potential clients, understanding what they need, pitching our solutions (MERN stack websites, UI/UX design, AI integrations), and getting them on board.
This is a full-time role – not just a side hustle. You’ll be working remotely, but you’ll need to be sharp, focused, and consistent.
Here’s what we expect from you:
You know how to talk to founders, small businesses, startups
You’re comfortable pitching services and closing over calls or chats
You understand the basics of what makes a modern website (don’t worry, we’ll train you on the specifics)
You can deliver results quickly: 1 client in 15 days, 5 in a month
How you’ll get paid:
₹5,000 base for the first month
40% commission on your first 5 deals (up to ₹10,000 bonus)
₹10,000/month from Month 2 onwards + 20% commission per deal
We’ll provide all the pitch material, service breakdowns, and support — but you own the deal from first message to closure.
