B2B Employer Engagement for Apprenticeship Training
Budget: £15 – £25 GBP
Job Title:
Business Development & Employer Outreach Specialist (Apprenticeships / Training Sector)
Overview:
We are a UK-based apprenticeship training provider looking for a highly motivated and results-driven freelancer to source and engage employers who are interested in hiring apprentices across various sectors, mainly in senior leadership, management and business/corporate training.
Your role will be to help us build strategic partnerships with businesses across the UK by identifying potential employers, reaching out, engaging them, and booking qualified calls or filling out employer enquiry forms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and source UK-based employers who could benefit from hiring apprentices (target sectors include health & social care, business admin, digital marketing, customer service, etc.)
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and/or phone to introduce our training services
- Book qualified discovery calls or collect expressions of interest via our online form
- Maintain an organised record of contacts, follow-ups, and progress
- Suggest improvements to outreach strategy and messaging as needed
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Experience in B2B lead generation or employer engagement (ideally in apprenticeships, recruitment, or training sector)
- Excellent written and spoken English
- A track record of generating leads or booking appointments
- Familiarity with UK business culture and employer incentives for apprentices
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and hit agreed KPIs
Preferred Tools (but not essential):
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Lemlist / Instantly / Mailshake
- CRM tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Trello
Deliverables:
- Minimum of X qualified leads or booked calls per week (we will agree this together based on scope)
- Daily or weekly progress updates
- Ability to start immediately
Budget & Payment:
We are open to:
- Hourly rate or fixed monthly fee (with performance bonuses)
- Commission-based or hybrid options for strong candidates
