$2,000–$9,999 25% $250–$500 $12/hr (up to 40 hrs/month)
$10,000–$49,999 25% $750 $15/hr (up to 80 hrs/month)
$50,000+ 30% $1,000 $20/hr (up to 176 hrs/month)
Example:
Close $10K → earn $3,000+ in commissions & bonuses
Close $100K → earn $16,000+ plus $20/hr for the next 176 hrs
