Commission sales for cannabis company

Established B2C brand looking to enter the B2B marketplace. We are a CBD brand focused on simplicity to the end consumer, taking the guess work out of CBD and removing the confusing barriers to entry for people that could benefit. Currently, we are in search for a sales rep to help us move into the B2B space. We would prefer to hire somebody that is willing to work on a commission base, but are happy to be overly generous with the commission. This position would report directly to the CEO and be part of a small team of 3. We are a small tight knit company just entering our growth phase, and would love to find somebody willing to grow with us. Great opportunity for somebody without a ton of experience or a proven veteran that is confident in their B2B abilities.
