What You'll Be Doing
Your one job is closing. We handle everything else.
You receive leads through our Discord-based pipeline
Leads are pre-researched — you know exactly what compliance issue they have before you dial
You run the sales call using our proven script and objection handling framework
You close the deal and report it through our simple CRM
You get paid
That's it. No admin. No prospecting. No guessing.
The Commission Structure
$600 flat commission per closed deal
No cap — close 10 deals in a month, earn $6,000
Commission is paid weekly, not monthly
This is 100% commission only — there is no base salary

Who We're Looking For
We need someone who:
Has closed B2B service deals before (doesn't have to be construction — any B2B services count)
Is comfortable running discovery calls and handling objections without a script in hand
Can work independently without needing daily hand-holding
Communicates clearly and professionally
Is available at least 3–4 days per week to work the pipeline
We are not looking for:
Someone who has only done retail or consumer sales
Someone brand new to sales with no track record
Someone who needs a salary to stay motivated
