I’m growing a portfolio of web-design and AI-solution projects aimed at small UK businesses, and I want energetic sales pros to bring those deals in by phone. You’ll be working 100 % on commission—£50 per confirmed sale with no ceiling—so your earning potential is entirely in your hands.
What the work looks like
• Cold-call decision makers at small companies across the UK.
• Pitch our tailored websites or AI automation packages, handle objections, and close on the first or second call whenever possible.
• Record basic call notes and the client’s agreed package in a shared sheet so I can move the project straight to onboarding.
Must-haves
• Proven cold-calling experience and a voice that comes across clearly to UK prospects.
• Confident negotiation skills that turn interest into signed orders.
• Self-management and tenacity; I won’t be micromanaging, but I will be celebrating every sale with you.
Nice-to-haves
If you already understand web design basics or how AI streamlines operations, that will shorten your learning curve—though I’ll supply concise product briefs either way.
Acceptance criteria for each commission
1. Prospect verbally agrees to our standard package and price.
2. You submit their correct contact details plus brief call notes.
3. I verify the order and invoice the client.
Once these three steps are met, your £50 is logged for the next payout run.
