Every appointment set or sale closed is tracked in a shared sheet so both of us see results in real time, and your commission is paid immediately after the client signs.

To do well you’ll need proven phone charisma and the discipline to thrive without a base salary. Because you’ll be writing your own talking points, prior cold-calling wins or any sales framework you’ve refined are important. When you send your proposal, include a quick rundown of past work that shows you can turn cold prospects into paying customers.

Deliverables I’ll review each week:
• Call log with outcome notes
• Number of booked meetings or closed sales
• Brief feedback on lead quality so we can fine-tune future lists
