Our marketing engine already generates a steady flow of warm, pre-qualified leads—what I need now are sharp closers who can take those conversations across the finish line.
Your day-to-day will revolve around prompt, value-focused client follow-ups: booking demos, addressing objections, negotiating terms, and ultimately getting the signature on the contract. Experience selling to real-estate decision makers is ideal because most of our current pipeline sits in that vertical, but if you’ve closed other B2B tech deals successfully I’m still interested.
Compensation is 100 % performance-based. You’ll earn a generous commission on every deal you close, with no cap and paid out the moment the client’s first invoice clears. Consistently high performers can move into a long-term role with added perks such as a baseline retainer, higher commission tiers, and leadership opportunities as we scale.
