Commission-Based Sales Representative – AI Solutions (KodBriX)

We are KodBriX, a fast-growing AI solutions company specializing in:
• AI Automation Systems
• AI Voice Agents
• AI Chatbots
• Tailored AI Solutions for Businesses

We help companies reduce costs, automate repetitive tasks, improve customer support, and increase revenue using cutting-edge AI technologies.
We are looking for an independent Commission-Based Sales Representative who can bring in new clients from anywhere across the country (or globally).

Your Role
Your responsibility is simple:
• Identify businesses that can benefit from AI automation
• Reach decision-makers (owners, founders, operations managers)
• Explain the value of AI automation, AI voice agents, and chatbots
• Close the deal

You are free to choose your own prospecting strategy:
• Cold calling
• LinkedIn outreach
• Email marketing
• Networking events
• Partnerships
• Industry connections
• Any strategy that works for you

We handle everything else proposals, technical consultation, demos, development, delivery, and support.
Your only focus: bringing and closing clients.

Commission Structure
Commission is paid immediately after the client’s first payment clears.
• Small projects: Flat commission per closed deal
• Larger projects: Percentage-based commission (to be discussed)
• High-ticket AI automation projects = High earning potential
There is no cap on earnings. The more you sell, the more you earn.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who:
• Has experience in sales or business development
• Understands AI, SaaS, automation, or tech services (preferred)
• Is confident speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Is self-driven and comfortable working on commission
• Has strong lead-generation skills

Bonus if you have experience selling:
• Software services
• Marketing services
• AI or automation tools
• B2B tech solutions
