Commission-Based Sales Development Representative Needed

We are looking for a hungry, results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team on a commission basis. This is a 100% remote role with uncapped earnings. If you can open doors and spark interest, you will thrive here.

What You Will Do:
Outreach: Use LinkedIn, Cold Email, or Cold Calling to reach out to business owners (Auto Repair, Real Estate, E-commerce, etc.).

Qualify: Identify businesses that currently have slow response times or manual processes that our AI tools can fix.

Relationship Building: Maintain a pipeline of prospects and follow up consistently.

The Commission Structure: Recurring Commission

Who You Are:
- Fluent in English: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-Starter: You don't need a manager looking over your shoulder. You are disciplined and hunt for leads daily.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable discussing AI, automation, and how software solves business pain points.
- Experienced: Previous experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or Appointment Setting is highly preferred.
