Commission Based SaaS Cold Caller

I need a seasoned B2B cold caller who can open doors for our SaaS platform across the United States and Canada. The conversations will be with SMB prospects, so familiarity with that landscape will help you hit the right notes quickly.

Here’s what success looks like to me: you pick up the phone, reach the right companies, speak directly with a decision maker, and secure a calendar slot for my closing team. Each booked appointment must include the decision maker’s role so we know we’re speaking to someone who can actually buy. All call notes, follow-ups, and outcomes are logged in HubSpot; if you prefer Salesforce or a comparable CRM that’s fine, but accuracy and consistency are non-negotiable.

Compensation is 100 % commission with no ceiling (Upwards of $100/Sale) . If you’ve already proven that you can turn cold prospects into confirmed meetings and you’re comfortable working without a base salary, this is a chance to build an unlimited pipeline—and income—side by side with us.

Deliverables I will review weekly:
• Number of outbound calls placed and contacts reached
• Appointments booked with decision-maker details included
• Complete, up-to-date CRM entries for every interaction
