Cold Calling Experts for Marketing Agency

We’re looking for confident, results-driven Cold Callers to join our team and reach out to tradies (roofers, plumbers, electricians, painters, builders, landscapers, concreters, etc.) to book free 15-minute discovery calls with our agency.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Making outbound calls to Australian tradespeople from our lead lists.
* Presenting our agency’s services in a friendly, persuasive, and professional tone.
* Overcoming objections with confidence while keeping the conversation conversational and natural.
* Booking calls into our scheduling system (Calendly or similar).
* Reporting outcomes daily and updating lead statuses.

Requirements:
* Proven experience in cold calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
* Comfortable speaking with small business owners and tradespeople.
* Excellent communication skills, persuasive, confident, and resilient.
* Ability to follow scripts while keeping calls natural.
* Reliable internet and phone setup (if working remotely).
* Familiarity with Australian tradie industry a plus.
