Cold Caller for AI Agency

I run an AI solutions agency and I’m ready to turn the interest we already attract from healthcare businesses into signed deals. To do that, I need a skilled cold caller who is confident speaking with clinic managers, practice owners, and hospital administrators and who thrives on closing the sale rather than simply handing over a lead.

You’ll work from a curated list of healthcare prospects and a core script highlighting our AI-driven efficiency and compliance advantages. I expect you to adapt that script on the fly, handle objections, and steer conversations toward a verbal “yes,” followed by scheduling the contract-signing call with me.

Day-to-day you’ll be using our cloud dialer and logging every interaction in HubSpot (or your preferred CRM if it exports clean CSV files). All calls must be recorded for quick feedback loops. Because the focus is sales closing, you’ll also be responsible for timely follow-ups, proposal reminders, and gentle but firm nudges until the agreement is executed.

Deliverables will be judged on:
• Minimum 50 outbound calls per workday, notes entered same day
• At least five qualified demo bookings per week
• Consistent 10 % close rate after ramp-up (we’ll review and tweak together)
• A concise Friday report with call metrics, wins, and next-week priorities
