Client Acquisition Expert – ₹5,000/month + Monthly Bonus | Long-Term Role for Creative Agency
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
We are Grafikpros, a creative agency helping startups and influencers with branding, design, packaging, web development, and marketing.
We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Expert who can generate quality leads AND CLOSE DEALS — not just bring in prospects, but convert them into paying clients.
This is a monthly paid role (₹5,000/month) with a bonus based on results, evaluated at the end of each month.
**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Identify and research potential clients (startups, coaches, influencers, product-based businesses, etc.)
- Reach out via:
LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, Email, Freelance platforms (if needed)
- Set up discovery calls or generate direct inquiries
- Track outreach and lead status in a Google Sheet or Notion
**COMPENSATION**
- ₹5,000/month fixed pay
- Bonus based on results (quality of leads, conversions, meetings booked)
- Bonus will be reviewed and paid at the end of each month based on performance
- Long-term collaboration if results are consistent
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven experience in client acquisition or B2B lead generation AND sales closing
- Fluent English communication (written and spoken), Hindi (Optional), Telugu (Optional)
- Reliable and self-motivated
- Can dedicate consistent time every week
- Able to show past results or provide a short plan of approach
