China Industrial Materials Sales Agent
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
Summary
Industry: Minerals & Industrial Raw Materials
Products: Limestone, Dolomite, Silica Sand, Quartz
Type: Long-Term Partnership
Compensation: High Sales Incentives + Growth Opportunities
About the Opportunity
We are looking for a serious, motivated, and well-connected Sales Agent based in China to promote and sell our high-quality industrial minerals. This is a long-term business project, offering attractive commissions and performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new customers in manufacturing and industrial sectors (glass, ceramics, metallurgy, construction, chemicals, etc.)
Generate and convert leads for bulk orders.
Maintain client relationships and drive repeat business.
Collaborate with our export team for smooth order processing.
Represent our products professionally in the Chinese market.
Requirements
Based in China.
Experience in mineral trading, industrial raw materials, or B2B sales (preferred).
Strong network with manufacturers/distributors.
Serious, committed, and goal-oriented.
Ability to handle negotiations and close deals.
Mandarin proficiency (English communication is an advantage).
I manufacture and export a range of industrial raw materials and now need a mid-level sales professional already based in China to open new doors and keep them flowing. The core of the role is threefold: generating qualified leads, visiting prospects for on-site presentations or live demos, and then staying close to each customer after the first shipment so re-orders feel effortless.
You will succeed quickest if you already understand how purchasing decisions are made inside Chinese factories, have a working network in sectors such as plastics, chemicals or metals, and feel comfortable negotiating in both Mandarin and English. Day to day, you’ll be using the tools you know best—whether that’s WeChat, Alibaba, a local CRM or plain phone calls—to build a steady pipeline, schedule meetings and drive conversions.
Deliverables I expect:
• Weekly pipeline report with contact status and next actions
• Summary of each client meeting or factory visit, including technical questions raised
• After-sales feedback within two weeks of every delivery, highlighting repeat-order potential
A proven track record in B2B raw-material sales will be valued more than decades of seniority; what matters is that you can walk into a plant, talk specs and pricing with the production manager, and leave with a purchase order—or a clear follow-up plan. If that sounds like your everyday routine, I look forward to collaborating.
