Our company has developed CashewSoft, a specialized ERP software designed exclusively for the cashew processing industry. The software helps factories manage procurement, production, inventory, yields, labor tracking, and business operations more efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Call cashew processing factories and business owners across India.
- Introduce our CashewSoft ERP solution.
- Identify decision-makers (Factory Owners, Directors, Production Managers, Operations Heads).
- Generate interest and schedule product demonstrations.
- Maintain records of calls and responses.
- Follow up with interested prospects.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills hindi and regional Indian languages.
- Experience in B2B calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or sales.
- Ability to speak confidently with business owners and factory management.
- Basic knowledge of ERP software or manufacturing industries is a plus.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.

Project Goal:
Generate qualified appointments and product demo opportunities with cashew processing factories across India.

Preferred Candidates:

- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, ERP, or software sales.
- Familiarity with the cashew processing industry is an advantage.
