I’m preparing a large-scale outreach campaign and need a database of one million verified B2B contacts pulled only from large healthcare corporations operating in California. Each record must belong to an Executive, Financial Manager, or Accountant—no other job roles, no small companies.

Scope & data specs
• Company size: large corporations only.
• Industry focus: healthcare—hospitals, insurers, medical device makers, biotech, etc.
• Location: California headquarters or primary decision-making office.
• Contact roles: Executives, Financial Managers, Accountants.
• Required fields: first/last name, exact job title, corporate email (no info@), direct phone number, LinkedIn profile, company name, physical address.
• Verification standard: <2 % hard-bounce rate, validated within the last 30 days using tools such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, NeverBounce or equivalent.

Deliverables
1. Sample file (1,000 records) in CSV/XLSX for quick review.
2. Full dataset of 1,000,000 contacts, delivered in batches of 100k.
3. Validation report for each batch showing tool used and date of verification.

Timeline
• Sample due within 3 days of award.
• Full delivery within 3 weeks after sample approval.
