**Job Title:** Business Development Consultant – EdTech Transformation (Freelance/Commission)

**Responsibilities:**
- Driving B2B outreach—identifying and meeting key decision makers at schools and colleges
- Delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of The Becoming Blueprint (College & School Editions)
- Managing negotiations, client onboarding, and reporting directly to Tejas N
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and championing ethical, compliant market practices
**Ideal Profile:**
- Experience in institutional/corporate sales, especially in education/edtech (preferred but not mandatory)
- Natural relationship builder, strong communicator, resilient and target-driven
- Knowledge of local education networks and trends in Tier 1 or Tier 2 cities is a significant plus
- Entrepreneurial, ethical, and able to work autonomously
**Compensation:**
- Pure commission: 3.5% of realized project billables
- No base salary, unlimited earning potential based on performance
