Bulk Instagram Reel Editing - 200 Clips per Long Video

We are looking for an experienced short-form video editor to create 200 engaging Instagram Reels (30 seconds each) from a single 2-hour master video (podcasts, speeches, interviews, etc.).

Source video length: Approximately 2 hours (Either Podcast or One long video)
Deliverables: 200 vertical (9:16) Instagram Reels
Reel length: 30 seconds each
Total edited content: 200 clips from one master video
Multiple long-form videos will be assigned if the quality is consistent.
Responsibilities
Identify the most engaging, valuable, and viral-worthy moments.
Create 30-second clips with smooth cuts and strong pacing.
Add accurate, dynamic captions/subtitles.
Include zooms, punch-ins, transitions, and motion graphics where appropriate.
Add background music and sound effects when suitable.
