Project Description:

We are a 100% women-owned South African trading house seeking experienced, independent sales agents or brokers based in the European Union to represent our premium bulk rooibos tea.

Our product is sourced from one of South Africa's oldest and most established producers (operational since 1954) and carries the prestigious EU Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status—the first African food product to receive this recognition. We offer flexible CIF shipping to any major European port.

We are looking for motivated professionals with existing networks in the European tea, beverage, or food ingredient sectors who can open doors and secure bulk off-take agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential B2B buyers in the EU (tea importers, private label packers, beverage manufacturers, organic retailers, and wholesalers)

Leverage your existing network to introduce our premium rooibos product

Negotiate and secure bulk purchase agreements

Act as the primary point of contact between the buyer and our trading house

Provide market intelligence on pricing, trends, and competitor activity

What We're Looking For:

Established relationships with tea importers, wholesalers, or FMCG buyers in the EU

Experience in B2B sales within the tea, herbs, or food ingredients sector

Self-motivated, independent, and results-driven

Based in the EU (Germany, Netherlands, UK, France, or Benelux preferred)

Ability to communicate fluently in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Understanding of organic and sustainability certifications is an advantage

Preferred Markets:

Germany, Netherlands, United Kingdom, France, Poland, and Benelux region.
