Arabic B2B Telemarketing (Relationship-Focused)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I have an existing list of potential clients and am seeking a native Arabic-speaking B2B calling specialist with a strong understanding of Middle East business culture.
The objective of this role is relationship building and trust development, not aggressive sales. Calls should be conducted in a polite, professional, and culturally appropriate tone, with respect for long-term cooperation.
Scope of Work:
Review the background information of each company provided and prepare or refine call scripts (Arabic preferred; bilingual Arabic–English is acceptable).
Place outbound calls during agreed working hours to introduce our company, establish initial rapport with decision-makers, and understand their business needs.
Present our core services briefly and appropriately, focusing on value and potential cooperation.
Maintain detailed call records, including contact person, business interests, concerns, level of interest, and recommended follow-up actions.
Submit weekly call reports along with observations and suggestions for improving communication effectiveness.
What I Will Provide:
A complete and verified contact list (company name, contact person, title, phone number, and background information).
Service introductions, supporting materials, and FAQs.
An official company email address for professional follow-up communication.
Deliverables:
Completion of 90% of the initial outreach calls.
A clear and structured follow-up sheet.
Identification of high-potential partners with suggested next steps for relationship development.
Please include in your proposal:
Your previous experience and results in B2B calling within Middle East markets.
The time zones and calling hours you are able to support.
