UK B2B Appointment Setter Needed for Dental Clinic Outreach — Pay Per Result Bonus
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I am looking for an experienced UK B2B cold caller / appointment setter to contact dental clinics for my dental implant lead-generation business, Implant Options.
We help UK dental clinics receive qualified dental implant enquiries from people looking into implants. The offer to clinics is simple: they can test the first few qualified leads free, then continue on a pay-per-qualified-lead basis if they are happy with the quality.
This is not a bulk calling campaign. I have a small targeted list of clinics, so every call matters. I already have a detailed call script prepared, including the opener, offer explanation, objection handling, reset lines, pricing answer, and closing lines.
I need someone who can deliver the script naturally and professionally, ask for the right decision-maker, handle basic objections, and secure real clinic interest.
Initial test:
* Call 5 UK dental clinics
* Up to 3 call attempts per clinic if needed
* Ask for the practice manager, treatment coordinator, principal dentist, or relevant decision-maker
* Use the provided script professionally
* Provide detailed notes for every clinic
* Record the outcome, objections, person spoken to, and next step clearly
Required notes for each clinic:
* Clinic name
* Person spoken to
* Role/title if known
* Decision-maker name if available
* Outcome
* Objections/questions raised
* Follow-up required
* Interest level: Hot / Warm / Cold / Not suitable
* Next action
Payment structure:
This is a small test project with a low base fee plus performance bonuses.
Base milestone: £20–£30 total for the 5-clinic test.
Performance bonus:
* £20 bonus for a genuinely warm clinic response with a named person and clear follow-up
* £50 bonus for a booked call with a decision-maker or relevant person
* £75 bonus if a clinic agrees to test the first few free qualified leads
Vague outcomes like “send info” or “maybe interested” do not count as a bonus unless there is a named person, clear interest, and a specific next step.
