Looking for a relentless, organized B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to help drive growth for a leading brand in the booming functional beverage space.Greenline Activations is a national experiential marketing agency. We are scaling our OnDeck Sales Program for our client, Grow Drinks, and we need a sharp caller to turn warm-ish leads into confirmed calendar bookings.What We Provide:The List: A clean master sheet of all target retail/hospitality accounts (Account Name, Address, and Phone Number).The Playbook: A proven, high-converting phone call script tailored for Grow Drinks.The Tech: A public access link to our dedicated HubSpot calendar for seamless booking.The Role & Weekly Expectations:This is a laser-focused, part-time micro-role requiring roughly 6 to 10 hours per week.Minimum Volume: 60 outbound calls per week.Target Outcome: 20 confirmed appointments booked onto our HubSpot calendar weekly.Data Entry: For every successful booking, you will fill out the HubSpot calendar event with the contact’s name, email, and the agreed date/time.Compensation Structure:We believe in rewarding performance. This role features a steady base with an uncapped appointment bonus:Base Pay: $10.00 / hourPerformance Bonus: $5.00 per confirmed appointment scheduled.Example: Hit your weekly target of 20 appointments, and you add an extra $100.00 to your base pay for that week.Requirements:Flawless spoken English and a professional, persuasive phone presence.Experience with B2B cold calling, ideally pitching to retail, hospitality, or food & beverage buyers.High familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM calendars.Absolute reliability—you must hit your weekly call minimums and track activity accurately.To apply, please reply with a brief summary of your B2B cold calling experience.
