Apollo.io B2B Outreach Setup
Budget: ₹75,000 – ₹150,000 INR
I’ve decided to move our entire outbound process onto Apollo.io and want an expert to take me from zero to fully operational. The primary objective is to sharpen our outreach strategy so every email we send lands in front of the right B2B decision maker.
Here’s what I need from you:
• End-to-end account configuration in Apollo.io, including workspace, mailbox, sequence and team permissions.
• Advice on whether Apollo’s native email tool or an external platform will best suit our goals for open-rate tracking, conversion tracking and automated follow-ups—and then the technical setup of whichever option we choose.
• Guidance on prospect data: how to pull highly relevant contact lists, enrich them inside Apollo, and keep data quality high over time.
• A clear workflow I can hand to my team that shows exactly how to launch, monitor and optimize campaigns (deliverability checks, A/B testing, sequence tweaking, reporting dashboards, etc.).
Acceptance criteria
– Live Apollo.io account with at least one fully built sequence, one imported prospect list and reporting metrics visible.
– Email tracking displaying opens, clicks, replies and conversions.
– Written playbook (PDF or Google Doc) outlining daily/weekly processes, KPIs and troubleshooting steps.
– One recorded walkthrough call to make sure the team is comfortable running everything independently.
