update app from On-prem server to Azure

I am looking for an experienced professional to help me update an app on my On-prem server to run on Azure. The app is currently at 5.5 and needs to be updated to 5.8 before the migration to Azure. I need this project to be completed within a month. The successful freelancer should have experience with updating and migrating applications in an efficient and timely manner.
