I need an Azure developer

We have an azure database for running shoes. We need someone to go in and delete the data so we reset and also add a couple of functions eg product delete button at line level (during import before saving) And also when our customers select the models of shoe we would like drop down boxes for brands, model, year and gender. Currently we have to scroll through several hundred lines of data. Finally, somewhere in our database a process starts but does not shut down and continues to use memory until there is none left and the database sits down. At the moment this is easily remedied by going into azure and re-booting the virtual machine.
