django freelancer marketplace (mix of Fiver, Upwork, GoFundMe, and challenge site)

I already have a lot of people waiting for me to make this site and want to use it.
I have an email list with ~20,000 people on it
This is a big project with little pay now but I will continue to use you for this project with the money made from this site.
I want someone who is also willing to take me through the process of creating the site and willing to work on it screen sharing on discord.
attached are the details. the job will be considered complete after everything is seen to work well and satisfactorily.
I put a lot of work into the planning so their shouldn't be any need for remodification (especially with how closely we will be working together.
I'm looking to spend $100 now and will pay more as the site makes more money. after the creation of the site I will personally endorse the project on your portfolio. I'm paying so little now because I am unable to find work in cybersecurity.
I want to use azure's $5/month option for now (I personally know someone who works for them)
I also expect you to know how to setup multiple logins for people working on the site.
