azure terraform

I am in need of an experienced developer to setup an Azure data analytics platform using Terraform. The resources I need provisioned are databricks,AzureML,groups,metrics, Storage Accounts, and Networking Resources. I am open to suggestions when it comes to the specific configuration for these Azure resources, and am looking for a Terraform setup that features full automation with minimal manual operation.
