azure and intune services

I am looking for a freelancer who has experience in managing devices with Azure and Intune services. My primary goal is to manage my devices effectively and efficiently. This will involve device management using Intune services. I already have an existing implementation, and I need someone who can help me with device management.
i am facing two problems at the moment
1: some of the users has admin privileges on the devices and i need it to revoke it.
2: some of the devices are not complied with the the security policies for some reason, and i need to fix that.
note: Tenant access will not be given, we will have to go though the portal together
