WordPress Azure DevOps Needed

I have a project dealing with WordPress on a Windows Server behind an Azure Application Gateway. I need help from someone who is experienced with setting up WordPress add-ons that require SSL connectivity and work with Certificates such as OpenSSL and CACert. If you are experienced in dealing with these two types of certificates and can apply them to WordPress plugin installations on a Windows server then you will have my business. This can be an open ended get paid weekly type of freelance work.
