Windows VM Azure Setup for Database

I'm looking for an Azure specialist who can set up a Windows Virtual Machine for me. This VM will primarily be serving as a Database Server.
Key Requirements:
- Expertise in Azure Virtual Machines
- Proficiency in configuring Windows OS
- Experience in setting up Database Servers on VMs
Your task will be to ensure the VM is optimally configured for handling tasks. The server, DC and Appp server and Virtual Desktop is all there running and ready. We need someone to configure SSO on the virtual desktop so that 356 users have a single login with MFA to use.
