Terraform and Azure DevOps Expert

Need a Certified Expert Azure DevOps engineer to assist me with Azure Landing Zone build and deployment using Terraform and Azure DevOps organisation. Terraform codes are been deployed but having some errors.
This only to troubleshoot and help with just 4 azure repos.
Expert experience is required to resolve these errors.
Freelancer must be very flexible and willing to share knowledge as things are getting done.
This work will need to be completed via remote session due to sensitivity of the project.
