Tally Prime Gold Installation on Azure

I'm in need of an experienced IT professional who can set up a cloud-based Azure Windows server for the latest version of Tally Prime Gold. My requirements are as follows:
- The server must support multi-user functionality.
- I need the server to have cloud synchronization capabilities.
- It's crucial that the server has robust data security measures in place.

Additionally, I require the freelancer to implement user restrictions on server space based on company name. This will ensure that each company's data is kept separate and secure.

Please note, I do not currently have an Azure server set up. Thus, part of this project will involve the initial configuration of the Azure Windows server.
