Snowflake CICD using Liquibase and Azure DevOps Pipelines

I am looking to implement a CICD pipeline for databases in Snowflake using Liquibase for ETL and Azure DevOps for the pipeline orchestration. The deliverable is an Azure DevOps organization shared with me that demonstrates a working example.
