SharePoint Storage Optimization Expert

I'm in need of a seasoned Microsoft SharePoint consultant. The primary objective of this project is to optimize my current SharePoint storage, specifically for documents and files.

The ideal freelancer would be able to enhance my storage capacity without incurring unnecessary costs. I'm open to innovative ideas and strategies to make my SharePoint experience more efficient. I have 20 employees and all our enterprise files are stored in SharePoint. We have intermittent issues with sync and recently have been receiving warnings about storage limits. Our office365 vendor (GoDaddy) informed us that it is not possible to purchase more storage for SharePoint, but my office admin panel contradicts that and says it is possible to buy more storage and to contact my service provider as I am not a native Microsoft customer. Hence the issue. I would like to solve my storage issues and have all employees sync settings audited and confirmed.
